Luxury Real Estate Sales & Lettings Agent (Malta)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing luxury real‑estate brand to find motivated Sales & Lettings Agents based in Malta. The role involves managing high‑end property transactions from initial enquiry through to closing, while delivering a concierge‑level service to discerning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property sales and rental listings from enquiry to deal closure.
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, outreach and relationship building.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate offers, rental agreements and contracts between parties.
• Keep listings updated with accurate information, photos and descriptions.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work closely with management to meet monthly sales and rental targets.
• Stay informed on market trends and opportunities within the Malta property market.

Required profile

• Ambitious, driven and passionate about property and client relationships.
• Professional appearance and confident when dealing with high‑end clientele.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and self‑disciplined.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Understanding of discretion, professionalism and premium client experience.
