Junior VIP Account Manager (Finnish Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior VIP Account Manager who speaks Finnish to join our Malta office. You will work across departments to nurture high‑value players, ensuring compliance and delivering a world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value Finnish‑speaking customers.
• Resolve player issues efficiently by collaborating with Customer Experience and other teams.
• Contribute to the VIP strategy by providing player feedback and insights.
• Proactively contact players via phone, email and chat to address pain points, promote safer‑gambling tools and meet AML obligations.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity at individual, brand and market levels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the player journey and drive retention.
• Plan and execute campaigns, using the Gift and Events budget to reward players.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in iGaming or a high‑profile customer‑facing environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a commitment to excellent service, including weekends.
• Understanding of regulated vs. unregulated markets, Safer Gambling, AML and compliance.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace equivalents.
