Head of Inventory & Supply Growth

About the role

Conceive Plus and SASMAR are scaling fast across global markets and need someone to own and grow the inventory and supply function. This is a critical role – stockouts cost sales, retailer relationships and consumer trust. We are fixing that.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end inventory management across all markets – D2C, wholesale, retail and Amazon.
• Forecast demand accurately and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
• Manage supplier relationships and lead times to stay ahead of demand.
• Build scalable supply processes as we expand into new markets and channels.
• Work closely with sales and commercial teams so supply always supports growth targets.
• Identify risk early – seasonal spikes, new product launches, retailer onboarding – and plan for it.
• Report on stock health, fill rates, days of cover and supply KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain or demand planning.
• Background in a fast‑moving consumer environment – health, beauty, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Commercially minded – understands the commercial cost of stockouts.
• Proactive, spotting problems before they become fires.
• Comfortable working across multiple markets, currencies and fulfilment channels.
