Head of Industry Media

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Industry Media to lead Raketech’s media platforms across multiple markets. This product‑first role will shape the vision, drive audience growth and build a distribution engine that enhances brand credibility at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the industry media platform across all markets.
• Define and maintain product standards and platform strategy for each geo property.
• Manage product owners or site managers, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.
• Conduct continuous audience intelligence and set distribution strategies, including new channel development.
• Build brand credibility, enforce content quality standards and enable cross‑geo features.
• Guide editorial positioning and collaborate on commercial strategies with the commercial team.
• Monitor competitors, identify differentiation opportunities and address gaps.
• Set growth targets, own KPIs, report performance to senior stakeholders and hold direct reports accountable.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience as a product owner or in an editorial product role within a digital media business.
• Experience building or scaling B2C or B2B audience products.
• Ability to work across multiple markets or properties simultaneously.
• Data‑literacy with comfort using analytics tools to drive product decisions.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Nordic language is a strong plus.
