Entry-Level RBT/BT – Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinical team. Working under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a clinical supervisor, you will deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents in their natural environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA instruction to clients at home or school settings.
• Implement therapy programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Travel to client locations according to scheduled appointments.
• Collect accurate session data and complete detailed summary notes after each session.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to pursue RBT certification if not already held.
• Strong interest in behavioral health and working with individuals with developmental challenges.
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites and manage a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Proficiency in collecting and documenting behavioral data.
