Advanced System Engineer

About the role

Betclic is looking for an Advanced System Engineer to join its IT team. You will design, implement and optimise the company’s IT systems and infrastructure while providing high‑level user support and contributing to the overall office IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced user support and manage complex incidents and escalations.
• Design, implement and optimise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead technical projects and influence architectural decisions.
• Automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Tailor solutions to Betclic’s specific environment and requirements.
• Support office operations and improve workplace IT setups.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
• Ensure security, performance and compliance across all systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Passionate, curious and collaborative attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and infrastructure services.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and PKI.
• Proficiency in endpoint management and device compliance (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
