Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and be the driving force behind memorable guest experiences. You will lead daily banquet operations, ensuring every event runs smoothly while embodying the brand’s commitment to warmth and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude in all guest interactions and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures and updates to all relevant Food & Beverage teams.
• Manage event breakdown, guaranteeing proper storage of equipment for subsequent events.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.
