About the role

Novibet is looking for a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to plan, build and maintain its infrastructure, collaborate with developers on deployment pipelines, and continuously improve the environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan, build and maintain infrastructure, continuously seeking improvements.
Work closely with developers to design and enhance deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor existing infrastructure, respond to abnormalities, and ensure reliability.
Create and maintain documentation of internal systems and operational procedures.
Develop solutions for backup, disaster recovery, security, and performance monitoring.
Automate application deployments using configuration management tools.

Required profile

3‑5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft and Linux server administration.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and virtualized environments.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
