Game Director – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Game Director to lead the creative vision of new online slot titles for a global iGaming provider. Working remotely, you will shape concepts from early ideas through launch, ensuring each game delivers a memorable experience to millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop compelling creative visions for new slot game concepts.
• Lead the full development cycle from concept through production to launch.
• Collaborate with designers, mathematicians, artists, developers, sound designers and producers to maintain creative alignment.
• Create detailed game specifications, storyboards and creative documentation.
• Oversee artwork, animation, sound and gameplay flow to ensure they reflect the original vision.
• Playtest and review products to uphold high standards of quality and player engagement.
• Contribute to long‑term product and portfolio strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Game Director or senior creative leader on real‑money online slot titles.
• Strong portfolio of released slot games with recognised studios or suppliers.
• Deep understanding of player psychology and what drives engagement in gaming experiences.
• Ability to communicate creative concepts clearly across multidisciplinary teams.
