Key responsibilities

• Deliver system support for business‑critical applications across Windows environments.
• Investigate incidents from First Line Support, identify root causes and resolve them.
• Troubleshoot Windows‑based applications and Oracle databases using SQL.
• Support backend applications, APIs, HR portals and iOS/Android mobile apps.
• Analyse, maintain and rewrite operational scripts that underpin daily business processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong understanding of SQL with hands‑on experience on Oracle databases and procedures.
• Experience working with APIs, backend or mobile applications and development environments.
