Revenue and Reservations Manager

About the role

The Revenue and Reservations Manager will sit at the intersection of reservations operations and commercial performance for a five‑star hotel in Malta. The role combines day‑to‑day reservation management with pricing, distribution and yield optimisation, requiring strong data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reservations function across all booking channels, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness and high service quality.
• Monitor and optimise channel distribution (direct, OTA, GDS) to keep inventory correctly positioned.
• Handle VIP reservations, group bookings and special requests with meticulous attention.
• Support the development and implementation of pricing and yield strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Analyse reservations data, contribute to weekly/monthly forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align strategy, promotions and guest experience.

Required profile

• Current or previous experience within the Maltese hotel market (essential).
• Three or more years in hotel reservations and/or revenue management with exposure to pricing, forecasting, distribution and yield.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience, even if earlier in tenure.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Opera or comparable Property Management System (PMS).
• Channel management tools.
