ERP Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Consultant to join Deloitte Digital’s Enterprise Applications team. Working under a senior manager, you will help clients transform their businesses by analysing requirements, designing functional solutions and supporting implementation of ERP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements through workshops and process mapping.
• Create functional specifications and technical scoping documents for ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One.
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot configuration issues, and provide post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and industry‑specific needs.

Required profile

• Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on ERP implementation experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a client‑service environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
