Medical Representative – Private Market Division

About the role

The client, a leading healthcare company operating in Malta and the MENA region, is seeking a passionate Medical Representative for its private market division. The role focuses on promoting a range of infant formulas, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and educate healthcare professionals about the full range of infant formulas.
• Conduct regular visits and follow‑ups with HCPs, pharmacies and other target clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Organise and participate in events and conferences to promote the brand.
• Extract data from stock management systems to prepare performance reports and present action plans.
• Provide detailed reports on market trends, feedback and competitive activities.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification in nutrition or a science‑related field.
• Proven experience in a healthcare or wellness sales role (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and an outgoing personality with a flair for sales.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel abroad for training.
